A fresh start and some perspective here.

The Resurrection 6

I started the fire, I sharpened my knife
As the wood crackled, I looked at the Father
He seemed to be, softly, praying. [For his life?]
The blade i threw, into the fire
The Father still scared, still pale, still praying
Would he relent, under Master's ire?
He kept on his chanting, the saint. HIM.
The anger rose in me
And madness once more, took hold [a whim?]

The Resurrection 5?

"And yet,His voice will resonate once more.
In the corridors of hell.
And that is vengeance enough."
He said.
Gagged and bound as I was, I shuddered,
The real horror was in his word, in his world.
In the fact that he was lost to reason,
And so consumed by hatred and servitude.
To the corrupted.
I waited for the blow to fall,
For the culling blade to tear,
Waited for deliverance, divine intervention.
But the Lord, remained silent.
I could see his searing gaze burn my blinded eyes,
His hatred repulsed me,
And yet, he said he wasnt ready to kill me,
Not just yet.
I believed him.
But maybe thats what the Lord had ordained,
I do not know, but I believe it must have been so.
And so I resigned myself to my fate
To existing as a phantom,to joining the Black Parade.

The Resurrection 4
"The lord hath forgiven,If thou hast repented.
A sinner no more, you'll still be
Part of the Lord's great big family".
Thats what the priest said.
That is what I heard.
All I did was put a cloth over Father's eyes, the cloth that I had brought along to strangle him with.
And I laughed.
Breathe into Him, Father, for I will not kill you so soon.
Call His name, bring him back from the dark.
You can't just leave Him alone and dead.
Not till His blood goes warm.
Not till once more He shall rise, to rule.
Not till We fight together, the demons of his past,
Frozen inside this carcass now, He will live.Again.
His presence still lingers here. Time may not erase,
The light you leave behind,
And yet,His voice will resonate once more.
In the corridors of hell.
And that is vengeance enough.
